After a unusual season the Southeast Super Trucks headed back to Tri-County Speedway for the final time on Championship Night. With lots of cancellations due to rain, fuel and tire shortages the drivers and staff were ready to put this season behind them. However this night would conclude the final race of the tenth anniversary of the series. Points leader Clark Houston claimed the Renegade Race Fuels Pole Award. Marty Ward would start the first feature race off in the top spot with Josh Goble on his outside, the City Chevrolet Pace Truck dove onto pit road and the green flag waved over the field.
The first caution flew just two laps in, as the #65 of Goble looped it around in turn four. Ward led the field back to the green flag this time with Houston on his outside. Houston was able to pull ahead of the #3 of Ward and took off. The caution flew again on lap eight as #8 Ed Surrett and #29 DJ Canipe made contact coming out of turn two and collected #15 of Sheflon Clay and second in points contender #88 Lee Tissot. Houston led the field back to the green flag with Ward on his outside. Houston never looked back as he pulled far ahead of Ward and the entire field.
The caution flew with just eleven laps remaining the caution flew again as #86 Joe Simpson spun around in turn four. Houston went on to claim the victory in race one and helped pad his points lead over Tissot. The final race of the night was the second twin 50 lap race, Ralph Carnes was on the top spot to kick off the race with Jamie Barbery on his outside. Carnes quickly took off when the green flag waved over the field. The battle for second was the one to watch as Barbery had his hands full with Houston, Brett Suggs, and Marty Ward. Before they could complete a lap two trucks were involved in a altercation on the track, the #50 Tim Lollis and #86 of Joe Simpson brought out the caution on the track.
Carnes led the field back to the green flag once again, Ward made a move around Houston in turn one and set his sights on the #49. Just three laps later, Ward now found himself looking on the inside of Carnes. Houston slowly began to work his way past Barbery and now set his sights on the #3 of Ward. Caution flew on lap ten as the leader #49 of Carnes cut a tire down, and shot into the turn three wall. Houston led the field back to the green flag after the lengthy cleanup. With 40 laps left on the board, the caution seemed to help DJ Canipe who now found himself in second place after the restart. Sheflon also was on a rail on the restart, as he was working his way inside the top three. As the drivers worked their way into the final ten laps of the race, Ward and Clay had been battling hard out on the track for third, Ward drove in hard into turn one and made slight contact on the inside quarter panel of the #15 of Clay and looped it around. Clark Houston went on to claim the second win of the night and clinched the 2021 Southeast Super Truck Series Championship.
